These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Speedvvy mobile application (“Speedvvy”, the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Appsvvy and Softvvy.

Speedvvy provides internet speed testing, network diagnostic tools, connectivity information, VPN functionality, and related features. Certain features may be supported by advertising or require a paid subscription or purchase.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, subscribing to, or using Speedvvy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use Speedvvy only if you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. License to Use Speedvvy

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use Speedvvy on devices that you own or control.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, exploit, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

3. Speed Test and Network Information

Speedvvy may measure or display information such as download speed, upload speed, latency, ping, jitter, network type, connectivity status, and other network-related information.

Speed test results are estimates based on network conditions at the time of testing. Actual performance may vary depending on factors including your internet service provider, device, Wi-Fi connection, mobile network, server availability, network congestion, geographic location, VPN usage, and other technical conditions.

We do not guarantee that measurements will always be accurate, complete, or representative of the maximum performance available from your internet service provider.

Speedvvy results should not be considered an official certification of network performance.

4. VPN Services

Speedvvy may provide VPN functionality that allows internet traffic to be routed through remote servers.

VPN availability, server locations, connection speeds, latency, and performance may vary and are not guaranteed.

You agree not to use the VPN service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including activities that violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

We may restrict or suspend access to VPN functionality when reasonably necessary to protect the service, our infrastructure, other users, or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Use of a VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity, privacy, security, or protection from all online threats.

5. Free and Premium Features

Speedvvy may provide both free and paid functionality.

Certain features, limits, VPN functionality, removal of advertisements, or other benefits may require a subscription or other in-app purchase.

Available Premium features, prices, promotional offers, trial periods, and subscription durations may change over time. The applicable price and terms will be presented to you before you complete a purchase.

6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Speedvvy may offer automatically renewing subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, yearly, or other subscription periods.

When you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by the applicable platform and associated with your store account.

Unless canceled, an automatically renewing subscription will renew according to the subscription period and terms presented by Apple or Google at the time of purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting Speedvvy from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Subscription prices may change. Any price changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies and requirements of the platform through which you purchased the subscription.

7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer free trials, introductory prices, discounts, or other promotional offers.

Eligibility and duration may vary. Unless canceled before the end of a trial or promotional period, an offer may convert into a paid subscription according to the terms displayed before purchase.

Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued where permitted by applicable law and platform policies.

8. Lifetime Purchases

Where offered, a “Lifetime” purchase provides access to the Premium features associated with that purchase for the supported lifetime of the Speedvvy product or service, rather than the lifetime of the user.

A Lifetime purchase does not guarantee that Speedvvy, any particular feature, VPN server, third-party service, or platform will remain available indefinitely.

9. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the respective platform.

Billing, cancellations, payment methods, and refund requests are generally governed by the terms and policies of the store through which the transaction was made.

We do not directly control payment processing performed by Apple or Google.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Advertising

The free version of Speedvvy may display advertisements.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising partners. These partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, interaction information, approximate location or other information where permitted and subject to your consent where required.

The use of information for advertising purposes is described in greater detail in our Privacy Policy.

Purchasing Premium may remove some or all advertisements where this benefit is specifically included in the Premium offering presented to you.

11. Analytics, Firebase, and Third-Party Services

Speedvvy may use third-party technologies and services to operate, maintain, secure, analyze, monetize, and improve the App.

These may include services provided by Google Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, advertising providers, crash-reporting services, payment platforms, VPN infrastructure providers, and other technology providers.

These third parties may process certain technical, diagnostic, device, usage, or transaction-related information according to their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Speedvvy only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Use Speedvvy to engage in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, compromise, or interfere with Speedvvy, its servers, VPN infrastructure, or other systems.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, networks, or systems.
Use automated methods to abuse, scrape, overload, or exploit the service.
Circumvent usage restrictions, subscription requirements, security mechanisms, or access controls.
Use Speedvvy in a manner that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, security, or other legal rights of another person.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary in response to violations of these Terms, security threats, abuse, fraud, or legal requirements.

13. Intellectual Property

Speedvvy and its original software, interface, graphics, designs, branding, text, functionality, and other proprietary content are owned by Appsvvy and/or Softvvy or their applicable licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, technologies, libraries, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Speedvvy when reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, commercial, or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App, VPN servers, speed-testing infrastructure, third-party services, or any particular feature.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, outages, network problems, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speedvvy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or completely accurate, or that VPN functionality will provide complete anonymity or protection against every security or privacy risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appsvvy, Softvvy, their owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Speedvvy.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from network interruptions, inaccurate speed measurements, VPN availability, loss of data, third-party services, or unauthorized use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Your use of Speedvvy may also be subject to the terms and policies of third-party platforms and services, including Apple, Google, internet service providers, advertising providers, analytics providers, and VPN infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, security, performance, or independent actions of third-party services that we do not control.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Speedvvy or specific features if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risks, engage in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.

You may stop using Speedvvy at any time. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google.

19. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you under the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction.

Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or Speedvvy will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in New York. Where applicable law provides you with the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction, that right remains unaffected.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Speedvvy, our business practices, legal requirements, subscriptions, third-party services, or other operational requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of Speedvvy after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
